(REMOTE) IT Functional Relationship Manager

Position Summary

As an IT Functional Relationship Manager, you will work closely with Workforce 360 and IT platform and represent Health Sciences and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of extended product solutions & services for their E2E scope of control. Also, oversee implementation processes in the businesses, conduct discussion with teams about new programs that transform new network environment, manage timelines of completion on projects, and obtain projects to build on new IT infrastructure. Also, be an advocate for relevant product / service catalogues, identify needs for additional value delivery or integration if needed in coordination with all teams across IT. You will represent and work hand in hand with the 'Global (Verticalized)' Product Teams and their key delivery partners (Internal and or External) to deliver world class and relevant business capabilities using appropriate / scalable and resilient technologies. You will be the single point of integration between multiple IT Product Groups and an organization’s senior business focused leadership (NHS business.) Engage stakeholders through clear and targeted communication to promote existing product and portfolio while also driving the development of roadmaps. 


Remote option is available with 15% travel or as business needs require. Preferably in Bridgewater, New Jersey area.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps including continuous improvement and capability building.
  • Alignment with defined 'Product' IS/IT methods & governance as well as PMO for larger cross product / stream initiatives.
  • Represent the market in discussion with GLOBE Product / Portfolio Management.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the availability of business resources/Super Users (Near Receivers) to provide business requirements, test/accept solution, and handle End-User Change Management activities (including training). 
  • Ensure project deliverables / business outcomes are tracking according to stakeholder expectations / agreed plans.
  • Escalate items lacking appropriate attention including PMO approval, projects, and issues.
  • Work in collaboration with other FRM's to manage priority conflicts
  • Provide insight into business disruptions caused by unplanned outages including cost / lost revenue
  • Identify and bridge gaps between and within systems processes and existing solutions. Work with product owners to improve business/service processes, identify redundancies, and promote collaboration across the organization.
  • Assist in coordinating internal improvement tools. Facilitate sharing of best practices between operating companies
  • Accountable for ensuring all applications within their product are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements. 


Required Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science, business IT or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT Management role with a focus in IT Service Management and Service Delivery utilizing functional understandings of service delivery processes 


Preferred Requirements 

  • 1+ years of experience in an Informational Technology including IT infrastructure, program/project management and business 
  • Experience in product-based IS/IT organization
