Job Description: 
 

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Pure Encapsulations brand at Nestle Health Science Usa and will also be a part of the Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) brand team. This role will be responsible for developing, establishing and achieving the short- and long-term brand objectives for the HCP business. This role will also will lead and manage marketing activations and promotions (planning, design, development, execution and performance analysis). This role will also require the incumbent to foster key internal partnerships with the Media, Sales and Finance teams to drive brand activations and seasonal promotions to grow the overall HCP business for the Pure Encapsulations brand.
 

The Brand Marketing Manager also be responsible for building educational content with the Medical Affairs team and ensuring the translation of agency creative assets are carried out with smaller executions through internal creative services team and project manage this process and result. This role will also work collaboratively with the Direct-to-Consumer Brand team on Pure Encapsulations to drive the overall brand growth.  
 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.
 

Responsibilities: 
 

Brand Development and Execution 
 

•    Lead creative development and execution: Work with the Creative Advertising agency and the internal Creative Services team to develop and execute creative campaigns.
•    Collaborate with internal digital media team: Work with the digital media team to execute digital, social, search, and website initiatives.
•    Develop content with the medical affairs team: Create content in collaboration with the medical affairs team and implement it on a monthly basis, including webinars, blogs, pharmacy updates, and homepage updates.
•    Develop new product launch assets: New product launch assets and update existing ones to reflect the latest science, competitive claims, and mechanisms of action.
•    Launch new website tools: Responsible for launching website tools designed for Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs).

Business Performance and Analytics
 

•    Lead the identification of insights: Gather insights from multiple data sources, including consumption, competitive, custom market research, and external trend reports.
•    Lead analysis and reporting: Conduct analysis and reporting as part of the monthly business planning process, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities to amplify and risks to mitigate to achieve goals.
•    Manage the Brand budget: Manage the brand budget, which includes media, marketing, research, and promotions.
•    Leverage industry trends: Evaluate industry trends, competitive situations, customer feedback, and technological advances, converting these insights into actions.
•    Formulate and execute competitive research: Develop and execute competitive research and action plans.
•    Measure and monitor performance: Measure and monitor performance against the plan and program effectiveness with an ability to quickly identify insights and optimize plans accordingly.

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 
•    5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing required, preferably within a CPG or Biopharma company. 
•    Demonstarted fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is required. 
•    Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). 
•    Must possess strong leadership, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence key business decisions. 
•    Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 
•    Must be team-oriented, highly collaborative and possess strong analytical rigor (to conduct research assessments, business performance data review and review of financial assessments). 
•    Must be able to assess, develop and implement innovative business opportunities. 
•    Current or prior experience with HCP Marketing is highly desired. 
•    Willing and able to travel up to 20% based on the needs of the team and the business required. 

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
