POSITION SUMMARY:

The Brand Protection Specialist is responsible for supporting brand protection efforts across the Holistic Health, Lifestyle Nutrition, and Professional Health Business Units. Responsibilities include online marketplace monitoring and investigations, reseller management, and supporting e-control program development and enforcement.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold reseller policies to limit disruptive online activity and support the business’ ecommerce strategy. Monitor online marketplaces to identify violations, perform investigations into unauthorized activity, and coordinate response with Legal Counsel.

  • Manage authorized resellers on Amazon ensuring compliance with seller policies. Execute monthly website reviews and audits, conducting test buys from sellers to confirm quality controls are followed. Ensure sellers are compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Compile data for monthly KPI reporting including but not limited to seller metrics (buy box & authorized revenue) and key successes and opportunities. Provide recommendations to Ecommerce Operations Leadership as needed.

  • Support of e-control program creation, implementation, and/or enforcement. Work with Legal Team to design program; gather feedback from stakeholders; and ensure program is compliant and meeting the needs of the business. Implement program and manage the communications to resellers.  

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred but experience would be considered in lieu of a Degree.

  • At least 2 years experience in a brand protection, sales support, sales operations, or customer service role.

  • Experience with data management and analysis.

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, Target+).

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, Vendor Central, Seller Central is a plus.

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Oracle, Adobe commerce, Shopify, and/or SAP) is beneficial.

  • Prior use of MS Office suite, Excel will be used frequently.

 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
