The Director of Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing revenue management capabilities at Nestlé Health Science (NHSc). This strategic leader will develop and implement comprehensive revenue optimization strategies, including promotional optimization, to maximize profitability across the organization’s diverse portfolio. Leveraging advanced analytics, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, the Director will drive data-informed decision-making, ensuring alignment with Nestlé's overall business objectives. This role involves leading a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

The preferred candidate will be within commutable distance to the Nestlé Health Science Headquarter location in Bridgewater, NJ, or one of our other hub locations in NY, FL or IL. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Project Leadership for Revenue Management Capabilities:

  • Lead the project to establish Revenue Management capabilities within Nestlé Health Science (NHSc), ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop a roadmap for implementing revenue management processes, tools, and best practices, tailored to the unique needs of NHSc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of revenue management practices into existing operations and culture.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across product lines and sales channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Design and implement effective promotional revenue management strategies that drive sales while maintaining profitability. Analyze the performance of promotional campaigns to optimize future initiatives and ensure alignment with overall revenue goals.
  • Lead the development of price pack architecture to optimize product offerings and pricing structures. Conduct strategic pricing reviews and provide recommendations to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights that inform pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth and profitability.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer preferences and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the market to inform strategic decisions.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue management professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer strategy, sales, and finance, to ensure cohesive execution of revenue management strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and influence decision-making processes.
  • Other duties as required.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or financial analysis, preferably within the CPG sector.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing teams.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $185,000 to $210,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
