NHS U.S., LLC. seeks Expert E-Commerce Web Development (multiple positions) in Bridgewater, NJ
Duties: Lead the technical development and maintenance of the ecommerce platform, ensuring its stability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and marketers, to define and implement new features and functionalities. Understand and participate in an Agile software development methodology and the affiliated sprint ceremonies. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Peer-lead a team of developers, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular code reviews and performance audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize the ecommerce platform. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless integration of the ecommerce platform with other systems and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by site stakeholders and quality assurance, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted ecommerce experience for customers. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. Collaborate with direct-to-consumer (DTC) peer group to identify and build common shared solutions applicable to the DTC portfolio of web sites. Support the creation and maintenance of application assessments for security and compliance required by the business systems. Investigate and remediate any security vulnerabilities identified. Position is 100% remote. Travel to worksite required up to 2 times per quarter.
Salary: $171454 - $181454 per year
Requirements:
Job requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Information Technology Product Manager, Information Technology Consultant, or a related occupation within the consumer-packaged goods industry. Required experience must include all of the following:
- 5 years of experience developing and maintaining ecommerce platforms including Adobe Commerce Magento, Shopify, and Microsoft;
- 5 years of experience working with ecommerce technologies including content management systems, payment gateways, and order management systems;
- 5 years of experience working with programming languages such as PHP, Java, or Python;
- 5 years of experience working with .NET, Node.js, C#, Transact-SQL, JQuery, Ruby, Kotlin, Rust, Perl, PowerShell, Swift, and TypeScript;
- 5 years of experience working with software development tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Figma, and BitBucket;
- 5 years of experience working with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- 4 years of experience working with database management systems, SQL, and data integration including Microsoft SQL Server database and MySQL database;
- 4 years of experience working with Team Foundation Version Control.
- 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft IIS, and MuleSoft Integration Platform; and
- 3 years of experience working with Amazon Web Services Azure Server Configuration, Administration Extract, and Transform.
Position is 100% remote. Travel to worksite required up to 2 times per quarter.
