Position Summary:
The Finance Manager will support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for both the Medical Nutrition and Atrium Professional Health divisions at Nestle Nutrition & Health. This role will consolidate reporting for financial models and assist in processes to support the SAP Integration and Business Transformation. This role will assist in supporting the Finance Co-pilots to transition from legacy reporting tools/systems, and partner with the Finance Functions (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Corporate teams) to establish new ways of working, and P&L transparency.
The Finance Manager (FP&A) will also help to support the financial processes including the monthly business planning process, the dynamic forecast, market business strategy, annual budgeting, innovation/renovation product requirements & performance reviews, SKU rationalization, as well as the creation of monthly leadership presentations and other ad-hoc requests. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance within Bridgewater, New Jersey, Solon, Ohio or Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate & prepare all consolidated financial reporting required by management & corporate finance.
• Provide cross functional team (marketing, sales, supply chain) with appropriate financial reporting and measurements in support of business decisions.
• Assist in updating presentations including executive summary, detailing results, commentary on trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in core divisional processes of MBS, ICP, I2L, SKU Rationalization, OP in coordination with cross functional teams
• Prepare variance analysis to budget and forecasts.
• Provide recommendations on new ways of working for better and more efficient support with Functional Finance partners
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned. By the Senior Finance Director.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or in a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, Planning and Reporting required.
• Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
• Current or prior experience using SAP is a must.
• Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
• Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lead through change management and business transformation.
• Must be analytical, data driven and ability to articulate key data findings to a non-technical audience.
• Current or prior experience utilizing AI tools such as MS Copilot, Claude or other tools to support business process enhancements.
• Willing and able to travel up to 15% based on the needs of the team and the business.

Salary: $128,000.00 to $158,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
