POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role on our in-house content team, creating exceptional digital experiences and driving creative excellence across multiple touchpoints. From digital branding to experiential and Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns, you will lead the execution of innovative and impactful designs that bring our brands to life.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative across eCommerce website experiences. You will help evolve and enhance the storytelling of our existing brands, contribute to the growth of new ones, and expand marketing messages across all digital channels.
We are looking for a visionary designer with a strategic mindset, exceptional design skills, and deep knowledge of digital best practices. As part of a world-class creative team at Nestlé Health Science, you will help shape the future of our digital presence while delivering outstanding results that align with our brand goals.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Leadership:
- Lead the creative direction and execution of eCommerce and PDP designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, user experience best practices, and business goals
- Mentor and guide designers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for digital projects
- Advocate for a design-first approach while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility
- Continually help reinvent and evolve our brands across all digital design channels to maintain freshness and relevance
- Embrace a culture of collaboration & change, adjusting designs as needed as the digital landscape best-practices often change
eCommerce and PDP Design:
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling and conversion-optimized PDPs that highlight product features, benefits, and storytelling
- Develop interactive and mobile-friendly eCommerce experiences with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Maintain and refine eCommerce style guides, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Execute creative campaigns across digital media, including: Website updates and landing pages, A+ and B+ content (Amazon and beyond) , Paid Media, and E-commerce assets
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, Ecomm team, Brand marketers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive and scalable digital solutions
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to incorporate research, data analytics, and customer feedback into designs to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- Partner with the eCommerce team to enhance site navigation, product hierarchy, and promotional content
- Brief and art-direct new photography, video, and other engaging content while maintaining localized brand identity guidelines
- Collaborate with teams to gather insights and create inspiring, high-quality content that drives sales of Nestlé Health Science products
- Monitor & evaluate data & reporting to measure effectiveness of content against pre-established metrics for success
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, User Experience, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on eCommerce and PDP
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Strong understanding of mobile design
- Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce and PDP projects, highlighting visual design and user-centered solutions
- Knowledge of Adobe AI tools (Dragonfly & Firefly) preferred
SKILLS:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, engaging designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to guide internal/external production partners in achieving top quality creative execution
The approximate pay range for this position is $95,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
