Position Summary:
The role of the Manager Finance Co-Pilot is to collaborate with and provide strategic guidance to the NHSc Pharma commercial teams, with the aim of driving profitable top-line growth. This position involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and market access teams to develop and execute strategic plans. The Finance Co-Pilot Manager will also be responsible for establishing the necessary financial infrastructure for the pharmaceutical business, overseeing the forecasting process and executive reporting, and ensuring compliance during the month-end close process. Additionally, the Manager will conduct ad hoc ROI analyses to support investment decisions, manage and analyze budgets, oversee period end close activities, and identify opportunities for process optimization within the Finance department. The Manager will also deliver concise and impactful financial reporting to leadership, consistently seeking ways to optimize and improve performance across the Finance department. This is a remote position that will support in the eastern time zone.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus
- 4 + years’ experience in financial planning and reporting
- Background in pharmaceutical finance preferred, especially Pharma gross-to-net accounting and reporting
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to influence key cross-business decisions
- Strong talent development capability
- Excellent analytical skills via Excel and other tools
- Adaptability to new variables and driving tangible results
- Desire to work in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, and dynamic team environment
- Ability to effectively manage numerous projects concurrently, especially while working remotely, while keeping all stakeholders appropriately informed on progress
- Proficiency in analyzing big data sets and delivering actionable insights
The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000- $145,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
