Position Summary:
The Manager, Finance Co-Pilot plays a critical role in driving profitable growth for Atrium Professional brands by overseeing PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure) control, month-end close, and dynamic forecasting. This position partners with the Director of Finance – Atrium Pro & Medical Nutrition at Nestlé Health Science to provide strategic financial guidance, optimize pricing and cost structures, and ensure compliance through effective management of financial processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing spend versus budget, detecting deviations in P&L, and supporting marketing innovation projects. The role enhances finance internal controls and collaborates with FP&A, Operations Finance, and Accounting teams to deliver actionable financial insights to senior leaders. By driving business improvements and clear reporting, this position significantly impacts the organization’s long-term growth and operational efficiency.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area;Chicago, Illinois; Palm Beach Gardens, Florida ; and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly DF(Dynamic Forecast) process by uploading revised volume and gross-to-net forecasts, generating updated P&L statements, and conducting variance analysis between revised and prior forecasts
- Collaborate with Finance teams to update assumptions for GPR (Gross Profit Ratio), COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) , FFOH/DEP (Factory Fixed Overheads & Depreciation) , PRO (Pro Forma), VDE/FDE (Variable & Fixed Expenses) , PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure) and MOGE (Marketing and Other General Expenses)
- Own the accuracy of the DF process, ensuring a deep understanding of P&L drivers to support annual target achievement
- Oversee pricing reconciliation and analysis, and perform customer data verification.
- Build detailed P&L reports by brand and customer
- Assist in creating financial reports and presentations to support monthly reporting, forecasting cycles, and key meetings such as the Dynamic Forecast Alignment and Commercial Meetings
- Finance lead for the product innovation / renovation (I2L) projects. This will include preparing P&L scenarios (volume, pricing, COGS, other costs), participate in project meetings and give guidance to ensure that time and funds are spent on products giving largest returns
- Manage sales force cost centers (PFME) through monthly reviews for month-end close, accruals, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting. Provide support to cost center managers as needed and oversee monthly bonus accrual and management
- Assist as needed on other Finance topics or projects, ad-hoc analysis and cross functional support to Marketing, Sales, Operations and other areas of NHSc US
- Support yearly MBS and ICP (Investiment Control Process) cycles, and support Director Finance with quarterly QBR preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance; Accounting or closely related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in the finance
- 3+ years of industry experience preferred
- Background in Consumer products
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using JDE and/or SAP
Skills:

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000- $130,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
