Position Summary
Assist the marketing manager to build and sustain brand presence in emerging digital channels for Vitaflo NAM markets and implement the digital roadmap. Work collaboratively across all departments and with the Vitaflo global team. The key function is to maintain the digital brand, social content communication, and digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Provide technical support for virtual programs. Adapt well in both a collaborative and independent remote working environment. With little oversight, complete responsibilities effectively and deliverables on time.
Responsibilities
Digital marketing strategy execution
- Maintain accurate digital brand presence and quality communication across campaigns, channels, events, and all external-facing programs.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to create social content aligned with overall strategies and priorities.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, tools and editorial calendar.
- Maintain e-mail marketing platform lists and support the launch of e-mail marketing communications.
- Launch Google Ad campaigns according to market priorities and timelines.
- Launch creative and effective pages for websites and Google ads.
- Collect and publish regular digital and social performance results using metrics/KPI's.
- Maintain and improve social media policies and procedures.
Market strategy support
- In collaboration with the marketing team, support the execution of marketing initiatives to meet business goals.
- Complete competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, audience identification, and targeted messaging.
- Complete marketing deliverables based on team’s priorities and project goals.
- Support team with additional tasks in alignment with business goals.
Technical digital support
- Provide remote digital support for live virtual healthcare professional education events and patient programs.
- Coordinate with all departments to improve technical quality and increase capabilities of remote events and programs.
Relationships (Internal): Cross functional team consisting of Head Office UK Digital Team, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs
Relationship (External): Agency partners and vendors
Experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience in digital and social marketing.
- Experience within medical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Possess a working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing web, digital and social media initiatives.
- Aptitude for market research and campaign evaluation with the ability to translate quantitative information into creative strategies.
- Proven knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO.
- Experience in web content management systems specifically Drupal.
- Competent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience working in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
- Strong team coordination and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills across various applications.
- Able to adapt, multitask, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
