DTC eCommerce Specialist (remote position)

Position Summary

The Specialist, DTC eCommerce is responsible for driving all aspects of the DTC channel. This role is responsible for website performance and merchandising with a focus on revenue growth, driving new customer acquisition and retention, and improving the customer experience.  You will also be responsible for partnering internally with digital capability teams, sales, demand planning, finance, strategy, creative, and external vendors for digital design, execution, site development and digital marketing. Responsible for overseeing promotion planning and execution, forecasting daily KPIs and sales performance, and leading the comprehensive digital experience strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:        
• Driving the DTC business, including managing all products and merchandising on site, creating reports to evaluate performance, and overseeing updates and adjustments to the tech stack. 
• Manage and implement online merchandising and content strategies and promotions including updates for product pages, landing pages, collection pages, and SEO.
• Develop and execute promotion strategy and manage budgets accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Performance, eCRM and Brand teams in delivering campaigns and activities that build traffic, engage and retain users on our site as well as ensuring long term brand building
• Work cross functionally to drive loyalty and retention program to delight and retain users across channels.
• Monitor and report on KPIs across sales, traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics for site performance.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance to manage third party agencies and optimize value chain to decrease cost to serve ensuring eCommerce operations are scalable and profitable.
• Assist with P&L         

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years experience in DTC/e-commerce, preferably for a retail or CPG using shop platforms such as Shopify or Magento
• Experience overseeing digital marketing strategies 
• Solid understanding of web analytics with first-hand experience in tools such as Google Analytics
• Good knowledge of full-funnel conversion optimization and the most important SEO practices
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as cross-functionally
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced business environment with an ability to adapt quickly to change 
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent prior experience

PREFERRED SKILLS 
• A self-starter who is deeply curious and interested in the ecommerce/DTC/performance marketing space and trends
• Strong passion for speed, simplicity, organization and project planning
• Results-focused, P&L management familiarity
• Creative thinker who is comfortable presenting ideas and results to stakeholders at different levels
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
