The Process Engineering internship will support the Pilot Plant Manager, Logistics team, and Maintenance team in studying, improving, and delivering routines to advance productivity of the Liquids, Gummies, and Powders pilot plants. Projects will include supporting TPM (Total Performance Management) projects, supporting Maintenance in conducting reliability studies, and supporting Logistics in procurement and warehouse compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Projects – Support creation of Standard Routines, Compliance projects, and operational performance studies
• Standard operating procedures – Update SOP’s to reflect current practices.
• 5s – Work with pilot plant team to determine optimal organization of pilot plant tools and equipment.

Experience

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering degree in progress (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred)

• Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.
