As an RPA Analysis Intern for Nestlé Health Sciences USA, you will support the analysis, design, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in identifying automation opportunities, documenting requirements, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Internships at Nestlé are designed to be a potential pathway to full-time employment, allowing you to showcase your skills and dedication while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze process steps and interdependencies in existing business applications that are typically done by a human user.
• Identify business operations processes that are feasible for automation.
• Assess and document technical and functional requirements for automation projects.
• Implement and support robotic process solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide expertise and serve as a liaison between the business unit and IT department.
• Apply practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Skills & Competencies:
• Basic understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and document business processes and requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools through coursework or internships.
• Experience in process analysis or related fields is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in automation and digital transformation initiatives.
