We are looking for a motivated and talented intern specializing in Industrial engineering/Process Engineering and validation to join our team. As an intern, you will contribute to support in validation of various Process analytical technologies and sensors. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in validation of smart sensors, collecting data, building simulation models from data collection through validation exercise. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in dealing with various sensors, setting up and doing the validation. It offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business objective

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Coordinate within the Technical Competency Unit (TCU) team to support the assigned validation activities. This involves communicating, collaborating, and coordinating activities between the TCU and other functions.
  2. Coordinate with factories to organize samples and to deploy the validated sensors: This involves communicating with factory personnel, providing guidance on the sensors and its use.
  3. Organization of data related to VALIDATION: Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining structured systems for managing validation data and documents related to. This includes working in building validation protocols, executing protocols for validation and data collection.
  4. Collaboration: Engineer will facilitate effective teamwork and cooperation among team members or key stakeholders involved in the validation process.
  5. Reporting and analysis: Engineer will compile and analyze data to generate reports or insights that support decision-making processes. This involves extracting data from various sources, conducting data analysis using tools such as spreadsheets or specialized software, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. The reports and insights you provide will contribute to the continuous improvement to close gaps.

Experience:

Some VALIDATION experience preferred, but not required.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Self-starters who are result-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
  • Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 

Areas of Study/Majors:

Enrolled in a Process engineering , Instrumentation and automation, Industrial engineering related degree program or equivalent practical experience.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency to data analysis (e.g., SQL, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with validation concepts and experience in working with process/instrument/equipment validation.
