Job Description: 

The Sales Operations Coordinator, which works in partnership with both the Pharma and Atrium teams within the Professional Health Business Unite at Nestle Health Science USA (NHSc), will play a crucial role in supporting the Pharmaceutical Field Sales logistics. This role will provide essential support by ensuring efficient and effective operations of this team. This Sales Operations Coordinator requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide exceptional support to Leadership, Field Sales new hires, the Sales teams, and other departments. This role requires a candidate to have strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams. This is a hybrid-based opportunity, and applicants must be within commutable distance or geographical proximity to the Nestle Health Science USA HQ office located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Requirements: 

•    Provide comprehensive sales coordinator support specifically for the Nestle Health Science USA Pharmaceutical Field Sales team within the Professional Health Business Unit. 
•    Maintain and update all Pharmaceutical Field Sales and Atrium distribution lists to ensure accurate communication.
•    Act as a cardholder to facilitate travel arrangements for Field Sales Pharmaceutical new hires.
•    Utilize Purchasing Card and manage various purchases and assist with conference registrations.
•    Coordinate logistics with the Sales training team for all in-person new hire orientations.
•    Manage supply orders for all new hires in Pharmaceutical and Atrium, including laptops, iPads, headsets, and printers.
•    Oversee communications, event invites, and town hall invites from a shared calendar.
•    Assist in gathering and coordinating materials, creating presentations and ordering awards for Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations, including monthly/quarterly sales contests.
•    Provide comprehensive support for the annual National Sales Meetings to include on-site meeting logistics, communications and presentation materials.
•    Manage requests and arrangements for flowers, gifts, offsite meetings, team-building activities, and team dinners.
•    Review and disseminate business unit mail and Bridgewater office mail room correspondence.
•    Serve as a backup to the Executive Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinators for POs/vendor management. 
•    Develop and implement process improvements to create efficiencies and streamline operations.
•    Oversee Field Sales vendor credentialing activities.
•    Maintain and disseminate the weekly Pharmaceutical Sales team roster.
 

Requirements: 

•    High School Diploma or Ged required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
•    1+ years of professional work experience working in general Office Administration, Administrative Support or combined internship experience. 
•    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required. 
•    Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). 
•    Must have excellent time management skills and must be attentive to detail (including the ability to edit and proofread documents or event announcements). 
•    Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 
•    Proven ability to analyze data and generate effective, productive solutions.
•    Must be able to multi-task, be agile and have strong self-initiative. 
•    Must be a strategic think and a creative and effective problem solver. 
•    Willing and able to travel up to 10% based on the needs of the team and the business. 

The approximate pay range for this position is $58,000 to $67,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
