Position Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator provides timely administrative support to sales representatives and operational support for tradeshows, conversions, product databases, and Nestlé sales programs and initiatives.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance to our Corporate HQ in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Representatives with administrative and operational needs, including formulary cards, posters, side‑by‑sides, samples, cost comparisons, CLFs, COD processes, unassigned account requests, and order issue resolution
- Maintain the Sales & Marketing Hub with current brand materials, tools, and sales rosters
- Ensure accurate product data across key systems by entering and validating information
- Provide operational support for sales strategies, new program execution, and RFPs
- Manage product data updates, including adds, changes, and discontinuations, across tools such as cross‑references, stocking forms, distributor mappings, and spec sheets
- Support National Accounts with ad hoc requests, including samples, program support, and data management; process large National Account sample requests
- Coordinate regional tradeshow and event planning, including budget tracking and management
- Create purchase orders and process payments through SAP
- Support ad hoc projects based on business needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in general office administration or a similar support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, including strong editing and proofreading capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a strong sense of urgency
- Proven project management skills, including organizing work, coordinating cross‑functional partners, and ensuring timely, accurate execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and generate effective, practical solutions
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights using digital tools, with an understanding of emerging digital trends
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000- $56,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
