POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Events Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day logistics, operational execution, and on‑site readiness of trade shows and events. This role focuses on shipping, tracking, ordering supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative support, partnering closely with the Events Manager to ensure flawless execution.

 

This role is execution‑focused and supports the broader event strategy through disciplined logistics management and attention to detail.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all event logistics, including exhibitor service kits, deadlines, registration, badging, and scheduling.
  • Manage all event shipping and freight, including ordering, tracking, delivery confirmation, and return logistics.
  • Order, track, and maintain booth assets, promotional materials, and event supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, show organizers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of event requirements.
  • Track invoices, purchase orders, and expenses; support postevent reconciliation.
  • Provide handson logistical and operational support during events and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or operational support preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing shipping, inventory, and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of followthrough.

 

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong timemanagement and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a broader event strategy.
  • Proactive, solutionsoriented mindset.

 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey. 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
