Position Summary:

 

Under the direction of the Senior Finance Manager, the Sr. Financial Analyst serves as a strategic finance partner and co‑pilot to Amazon and eCommerce, enabling profitable growth for Nestlé Health Science. This role provides financial leadership across sales target setting Gross Proceeds of Sales (GPS) & Delivery of Sales Targets (NNS), account planning, ROI analysis, productivity initiatives, and operational excellence. As owner of the customer P&L, the Sr. Financial Analyst partners closely with Customer Development to identify and execute margin improvement opportunities, delivering insights that directly influence commercial decisions and business performance. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are critical for success in this highly visible role.

 

This position will either be a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance to Bridgewater, NJ.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver GPS, NNS, & Customer Contribution Targets for Field Sales
  • Lead financial reporting & analysis for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
  • Influence & educate customer teams on opportunities to improve profitability & productivity
  • Develop, consolidate, and analyze annual plans, forecasts, and strategic plans
  • Identify & mitigate financial impacts of “non-working” trade (i.e. returns, post audits, unauthorized/authorized deductions, etc.)
  • Implement Trade Management Guidelines and compliance frameworks at assigned accounts
  • Identify and implement sustainable process improvements that can be incorporated into ongoing standard work within the organization
  • Provide analytics and data gathering for various projects
  • Use SAP, Osprey, Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau, Admin Tool and other available DTC/e-Commerce systems to analyze and interpret data; must be comfortable working with/cleansing large data sets
  • Collaborate with customer teams on ROI analysis and Trade Optimization to drive smart spending and growth

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting , or comparable major
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, and/or Customer Finance
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (e.g., accruals, prepaid accounts)
  • Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, and Tableau knowledge (a plus)

 

Skills:

 

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities and risks
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights in a concise, structured manner
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions
  • Sense of urgency and results‑oriented mindset to drive business outcomes
  • Positive, continuous‑improvement mindset with a strong work ethic

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
