  • Refresh and evolve incentive reporting and modeling to align with changing business needs and future growth strategies.
  • Partner with Salesforce Excellence and IT to advance automation and system‑enabled incentive processes, reducing manual effort while improving accuracy and scalability.
  • Communicate incentive performance, mechanics, and changes clearly and proactively to the field, leadership, and cross‑functional partners using both written and verbal channels.
  • Research and answer questions from sales team members and management regarding sales performance tracking.
  • Support national and rep‑level manual and homecare allocation processes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and consistency with distributor and customer realities.
  • Contribute to the yearly target setting process by assisting with target template set up needed for target setting.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve incentive data challenges, share best practices, and mentor newer team members as processes evolve.
  • Participate in special projects focused on process modernization, automation, and continuous improvement of incentive operations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA in business, management or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant job experience is preferred.
  • Extremely organized, disciplined team player who strives for accurate, consistent and fair results.
  • Digital mindset and familiarity with automation tools, such as AI to streamline processes to gain efficiencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, Power BI or similar programs.

SKILLS:

  • Experience supporting sales incentive compensation programs, preferably within healthcare, medical nutrition, pharmaceutical, or related commercial organizations a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of complex data structure hierarchies and ability to identify potential downstream impacts.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or working within a distributor or indirect path‑to‑market model.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of report writing, updating, and maintenance.
  • Quick learner, with the ability to see the “big picture” and understand data implications.
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no direction.
  • Think strategically, recognizing the inputs and outputs of systems and business processes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Future looking mindset and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team and a cross-functional environment.
