Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations position serves as the commercial lead responsible for enhancing the overall operations, efficiencies  and product delivery  across Professional Health. This individual will lead the implementation of key strategic initiatives to support the success and continued growth of our business. This position will work cross functionally to ensure collaboration and flawless execution in all areas of operational responsibility.
This role will also support the VP, Marketing in developing and driving the strategic business agenda for Professional Health; serving as a liaison, and central point of contact, for critical initiatives and building effective plans to ensure deliverables are met in accordance with specified timelines. Additionally, this position will directly lead a team of two Professional Health Marketing Coordinators.  
 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead the commercial activation of strategic projects to drive business outcomes inline with plan, such as Cross portfolio renovation or business simplification efforts such as such as the Design Enabled Productivity Initiative, packaging standardization, and component/specification consolidation.

Serve as the transversal Professional Health Commercial Lead for strategic project work:

  • Identify and lead key executional efficiency/quality projects, develop action plans and cross-functional owners across the value chain with Commercial, R&D , Supply Chain partners and other cross functional stakeholders.
  • Drive executional excellence on product delivery 
  • Be the key Commercial Partner to help lead and refine process to create more transparency, more immediate action and alignment for key deliverables 
  • Partner in the execution of cross-portfolio operational efficiency initiatives
  • Partner in the execution of cross-portfolio quality initiatives

Support the President and Marketing Vice President in driving the Professional Health Strategic Agenda:

  • Lead the Annual and Long Term Planning process
  • Partner with Finance and Brand Leads to drive monthly business review process 
  • Run key cross portfolio leadership meetings for Professional Health 
  • Spearhead Nestle Brand Building work for full Professional Health Portfolio 

Serve as an Inspiring & Courageous Leader:

  • Set aspirational, clear direction for Marketing Coordinators and push them to grow, develop and perform at a high level
  • Serve as a Marketing Leadership Team member, thinking innovatively, collaborating across the business portfolio, and effectively challenging other leaders
  • Forge the path for the future of the Marketing Operations team; mold the team to meet the future demands of our business 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years functional marketing experience
  • Experience managing projects with a high degree of complexity and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully lead complex, strategic project work
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to write, share, present ideas articulately and convincingly
