POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Senior Technical Project Manager leads the end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Total Delivered Cost (TDC), business maintenance, and process improvement initiatives across NHSc US. This role drives cross-functional alignment and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. By championing the Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) process, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the Senior Technical Project Manager enables the successful delivery of innovation, renovation, productivity, business maintenance, and consumer complaint-related projects, accelerating growth, enhancing efficiencies, and supporting business performance.

 

 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters, or another Nestlé entity. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Profit & Maintenance, TDC, Ensure Supply, and CTAG projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the Nestlé Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) process
  • Manage project portfolios through prioritization, governance, stage-gate reviews, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints, driving timely resolution from concept through commercialization and project closure
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align project objectives, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate technical assessments, product reformulations, manufacturing trials, technical transfers, supplier qualifications, and commercialization activities
  • Lead portfolio and project governance reviews, communicating status, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts to leadership and stakeholders
  • Track and analyze portfolio performance, pipeline health, launch readiness, and key performance indicators to support planning and investment decisions
  • Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making
  • Ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, quality, cost, compliance, and commercialization requirements
  • Support supplier transitions, alternate sourcing, co-manufacturing initiatives, capacity management, business continuity, and network optimization efforts
  • Lead cross-functional problem solving to address technical, operational, quality, supply chain, and commercialization challenges
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, governance records, and reporting in compliance with I2L, PMP, and organizational standards
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across project teams
  • Develop, standardize, and improve project management methodologies, governance processes, tools, templates, and best practices
  • Establish and maintain portfolio management frameworks, stage-gate processes, reporting standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility, resource planning, governance effectiveness, and project execution
  • Identify process gaps, capture lessons learned, and implement sustainable solutions to improve project delivery and organizational effectiveness
  • Champion adoption of PMO standards, PMP methodologies, and continuous improvement principles across the organization

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; advanced education is a plus
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects, including New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, or Technology Transfer initiatives
  • Experience with Stage-Gate and structured project management methodologies preferred
  • Proficiency with project management software, portfolio management systems, and reporting tools
  • Experience with project planning, portfolio management, governance, and resource management

Salary: $109,530.90 to $149,635.00 per year

 

Bonus Eligibility: Yes


The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
