Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Nestle Health Science Sales Finance Team, serving as a Co-Pilot to Grocery- West, Central, & South. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst works closely with Customer Development Directors to drive profitable growth by providing financial guidance in various areas including Sales Targets (Gross Profit Sales & Net Net Sales), Account Planning, ROI, productivity enhancements, and operational excellence. Taking ownership of the customer P&L, the Senior Financial Analyst collaborates with customer teams to implement initiatives aimed at improving margins. Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel is crucial for this highly visible position. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver GPS (Gross Profit Sales) , NNS (Net Net Sales) , & Customer Contribution Targets for Field Sales
- Lead financial reporting & analysis for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
- Influence & educate customer teams on opportunities to improve profitability & productivity
- Develop, consolidate, and analyze annual plans, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Identify & mitigate financial impacts of “non-working” trade (i.e. returns, post audits, unauthorized/authorized deductions, etc.)
- Implement Trade Management Guidelines and compliance frameworks at assigned accounts
- Identify and implement sustainable process improvements that can be incorporated into ongoing standard work within the organization
- Provide analytics and data gathering for various projects
- Utilize SAP, Osprey, Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau, Admin Tool and other available DTC/e-Commerce systems to analyze and interpret large data sets
- Collaborate with customer teams on ROI analysis and Trade Optimization to drive smart spending and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of Financial Planning Analysis, Sales Finance and/or Customer Finance
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, and Tableau knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (accruals, prepaid accounts, etc.)

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
