POSITION SUMMARY
As the Sr Manager, Communications and Corporate Affairs you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications and corporate affairs strategy that aligns with the Holistic Health mission, vision, and strategic objectives. The Sr. Manager will stand up the communications and corporate affairs function, research and apply industry best practices, and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships. This role will embed a PR and reputation lens into Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), drive high-impact earned-led campaigns, and unlock breakthrough partnerships that elevate brand credibility, cultural relevance, and global growth platforms.
This leader will act as a strategic partner to brand, digital, and cross-functional teams—ensuring all initiatives are insight-driven, reputationally sound, and positioned to win in market. This role leads and develops one direct report and serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on communications, reputation, and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stand up and lead the Communications & Corporate Affairs function for Holistic Health, including defining strategy & priorities.
- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with Holistic Health’s mission, vision, and business strategy.
- Lead internal communications planning and execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across audiences.
- Oversee corporate affairs initiatives, including thought leadership, executive communications, and enterprise messaging.
- Conduct research on industry, competitor, and best-in-class communications approaches to inform strategy and execution.
- Provide strategic counsel and messaging support to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Manage external communications partners and vendors as needed.
- Integrate a strong earned/PR point of view into annual planning and execution across the HH portfolio
- Lead awards strategy across the portfolio to strengthen brand equity and external validation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., HR, Legal, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Leadership).
- Manage, coach, and develop one direct report to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
- Establish metrics and performance indicators to measure communications effectiveness and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in communications, corporate affairs, public relations or related roles.
- Experience building or transforming a communications function strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into culturally relevant, high-impact storytelling
- Proven track record leading large-scale earned campaigns with measurable impact
- People management experience required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from the ground up

The approximate pay range for this position is $175,000 to $205,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
