The Senior Manager, Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) drives revenue growth and profitability by applying SRM levers—including pricing, promotions, mix, pack/price architecture, and trade terms—to inform smarter commercial decisions. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and eCommerce, this role translates strategy into actionable insights that optimize Net Sales, Gross Margin, and long term portfolio value while strengthening NHSc’s revenue management capabilities. In addition, the Senior Manager will drive capability building and own the analytics and tool-development pipeline for the SRM function, working closely with the SRM Director and Digital Transformation teams

This is a remote role with anticipated monthly travel to our corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ.  Top consideration will be given to candidates local to our corporate office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Price & Promotion Strategy:

  • Own the SRM digital roadmap and serve as a key business partner in developing digital analytical tools and data enhancements that strengthen SRM decision-making capabilities.
  • Conduct multi-lens market analyses for price and promo opportunity identification and impact estimation
  • Translate insights into actionable price and promotion recommendations by category/brand to deliver annual Net Net Sales and margin targets.
  • Recommend price and promo opportunities per category/brand and improvements to deliver agreed upon targets, as well as driving profitable growth
  • Monitor pricing execution and perform robust post‑event promo analysis to assess ROI and incrementality, driving continuous optimization.
  • Apply advanced understanding of price elasticity, promotional tactics, and ROI to shape strategy, inform decisions, and close performance gaps in real time

 

Price-Pack Architecture:

  • Lead cross functional PPA projects and drive decisions on pack/price strategy by analyzing consumer, shopper, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

 

Mix & Assortment:

  • Evaluate mix opportunities across brands, channels, and formats to support margin expansion.
  • Provide guidance during innovation and renovation processes to ensure SRM considerations (value thresholds, price ladders, premiumization) are met.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Own SRM data availability and the digital tools roadmap, partnering with the SRM Director and Digital Transformation team to unlock new SRM capabilities and strengthen decision-making.
  • Own and lead cross-functional training sessions, including internal NHSc onboarding for new employees.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, eCommerce, and Supply Chain to embed SRM thinking in all commercial activities.
  • Present SRM recommendations in forums such as MBRs/QBRs, business planning, and customer strategy sessions.
  • Other duties as required.

 

Experience

  • 8 years of relevant business experience; experience in Strategic Revenue Management within Consumer Packaged Goods industry strongly preferred.
  • Commercial experience across Finance, Marketing, Commercial Development and Sales) enabling effective crossfunctional partnership and strategic influence.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of pricing and promotion initiatives — from multi lens market analysis to opportunity identification, recommendation development, and execution oversight.
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and shape price & promotion strategies that support profitable Net Net Sales growth and deliver agreed targets.
  • Experience working with syndicated data, financial data, consumer/shopper insights, and the ability to integrate multiple data sources to guide strategic decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective across functions and with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment on pricing and promotion decisions
  • Ability to shape pricing and promotion strategies that drive profitable Net Net Sales growth and deliver agreed business targets.
  • Compelling storytelling and influence skills, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations that drive stakeholder alignment and decision making
  • Strong understanding of data requirements, with the ability to lead digital enablement that supports analytics, reporting, and decision-making
  • Deep understanding of pricing levers (elasticities, slopes, curves) and promotion levers (tactics, objectives, ROI, incrementality).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Circana, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with strong systems aptitude

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
