We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Food Service Area Executive who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering results. A Day in the Life
Reporting to the State Field Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a diverse foodservice territory covering Brisbane Northside and the Rockhampton region.
You'll manage a portfolio of established customers, distributors and end users while helping them grow their businesses through tailored food and beverage solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across your territory.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
• Developing account plans and executing sales strategies to achieve territory objectives.
• Promoting Nestlé Professional's portfolio of trusted brands and innovative solutions.
• Working closely with distributor partners to maximise market opportunities.
• Conducting regular customer visits, business reviews and product presentations.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Managing your territory with a high level of autonomy, ownership and accountability.
This territory covers Eagle Farm through to Caboolture, with regular travel to Rockhampton and surrounding regional areas. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based on Brisbane's Northside.
A fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet are provided.

You are a self-starter with a hunter mindset who enjoys being in front of customers and creating value through strong partnerships.
You'll bring:
• A proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities and territory plans.
• Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Resilience, adaptability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Strong planning, organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience within FMCG, foodservice, hospitality or a related industry will be highly regarded.
• Willingness to undertake regional travel (approximately every 8 weeks)
