Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Finance Senior Analyst is to perform core Finance operations, including period end close execution, core accounting operations (including journal entries and reconciliations), budget management, and performance reporting. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Preparation and execution of month-end close activities, including journal entries, gross-to-net deductions, and reconciliations on both the P&L and B/S 
•    Develop consistent financial performance reporting for senior management that highlights key opportunities and risks 
•    Support & ensure accurate monthly dynamic P&L forecasts via active participation in business planning, performance and KPI tracking, as well as developing a strong understanding of the market and end-to-end business challenges  
•    Develop periodic and ad hoc executive reporting materials to not only report results but identify areas to improve growth and profitability 
•    Continually evaluate and challenge processes and general practices, while implementing changes as needed
•    Positively contribute to the Aimmune culture 
 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•    Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance 
•    3+ years experience in accounting, audit, FP&A, or similar field

PREFERRED SKILLS
•    Excellent analytical skills via Excel and other tools
•    Ability to quickly adapt to new variables and drive tangible results 
•    Strong communication skills 
•    Desire to work in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, and dynamic team environment 
•    Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, especially while working remotely, while keeping all stakeholders apprised of progress 
•    Effective at analyzing big data sets and delivering actionable insights
•    SAP experience preferred, but not mandatory
