Position Summary

Job Description Summary
Aimmune is looking for an experienced, motivated, and collaborative Manager, Trade & Channel Operations. As a key member of the Channel Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for managing our channel operations for a growing portfolio. This position will manage day-to-day activities with Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty Distributors and the 3PL to ensure high levels of performance across distribution channels. This position requires significant experience in channel operations, contracting, and account management. A rigorous understanding of channel data is critical to this position as you will be responsible for providing channel insights, reporting and recommendations. You will work closely with Market Access, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal on a routine basis to ensure alignment in a fast-paced matrix environment. This role reports to the Director, Channel Strategy & Operations and will be remote, based in the U.S.
Your Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of distribution activities with Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty 
Distributors and 3PL to drive high performance at trading partners.
• Establish strong relationships and effective communication with key internal stakeholders and 
downstream customers.
• Work with field team to quickly identify and resolve distribution and fulfillment concerns at 
specialty pharmacies.
• Monitor orders from channel partners to ensure appropriate inventory levels to support demand.
• Analysis of returns activity to ensure compliance with RGP and accurate forecasting.
• Support new product launch planning activities, including coordination with cross-functional 
launch teams and channel partners, contracting and negotiation.
• Develop efficient and pertinent reporting criteria to bring insights on brand and channel partner 
performance to support overall strategy.
• Invoice analysis and PO creation to ensure timely and accurate payment of channel fees.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or ad hoc projects as required.
• Superior analytical, writing and presentation skills with the ability to present data and findings, 
both orally and in writing.
What is Required
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
• The successful candidate will have 5+ years of pharma trade and distribution experience
• Experience using data aggregator for specialty pharmacy data for analysis and reporting; REMS 
experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills with the established 
ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross functionally
• Proven ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
• Up to 25% travel require
