Position Snapshot

 

We have a permanent position available in our Oceania HR team based at Broadford, Victoria. This role is an opportunity to deliver highly valued results, demonstrate initiative and work collaboratively with key business and HR stakeholders in a global FMCG.
 
Joining the team at our Broadford Factory you will show your passion for delivering best in class HR initiatives and will focus on enabling a high performance culture.  You will act as a business partner as you drive the people agenda and embed corporate and site-based HR initiatives. 
 

What will make you successful

 

As an influential and confident communicator, you will build seamless relationships with the site leaders in order to attract and develop oustanding talent. A pragmatic approach and change management expertise will help you manage succession planning, organisational design, and training leadership strategies. You will have experience working on competency frameworks in a blue collar working environment. Other requirements for the role include:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years working in a HR Business Partner Role in an operational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a culture of trust, cooperation and continuous improvement
  • Experience building competency in a workforce, developing methodologies to equip managers to build competence in their teams
  • A demonstrated understanding of and experience working with EBAs
  • Experience working in a factory environment would be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred
