Position Summary

Are you ready to join the sweetest team? Nestlé Confectionery is seeking a talented Brand Manager intern to indulge in a world of deliciousness, working with iconic brands like KitKat, Lion, Smarties, and more. You will be responsible for the successful roll-out of products and projects across different trade activities. You will develop ad-hoc marketing projects and POS material to optimise our sales in different sales channels, make sure products go live on the market. Track and report about our performance in e-commerce and work with different stakeholders to finish ad hoc projects. You will be a part of a team that gives a lot of flexibility & ownership.
Your Responsibilities:
• Support in the development of point of sales material to run promotions in different channels
• You will be responsible for contacting agencies and managing the print to design process from A-Z
• Make sure products are able to go live by assisting and managing different processes of the roll-out: activating codes, making briefings for different stakeholders
• Analyse market data to determine the performance of our brands within the market but also that of our competitors. Afterwards you will get the chance to communicate your conclusions & solutions to the broader team
• Work with external communication agencies and follow up on on-going projects
• Help to develop E-commerce assets like advanced pictures
• Support marketing campaign activities for brands like KitKat (briefing influencers, sending personalised packages...)
What will make you successful?
• You are Fluent in French and / or Dutch, and Fluent in English
• You have obtained or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• You are autonomous and able to work independently
• You are proactive in finding better solutions for the tasks at hand
• You have a positive mindset, are open-minded and a team player
• You are willing to go the extra mile
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Nielsen is a plus
• Ideally a passion and affinity for FMCG
