Position Summary
To strengthen our marketing department, we are seeking a Brand Manager to drive the growth of Minami, our omega-3 food supplement brand, within the Benelux region. As the Brand Manager, you will take charge of Minami, overseeing its market presence, growth, and positioning across Belgilux and the Netherlands. Your key responsibility is to build a strong brand that resonates with our target consumers while driving significant business results.
A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager
- Optimize the ideal go-to-market model for Minami within the Benelux region.
- Develop effective POS (Point of Sale) materials to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead the social media strategy to build a robust online presence.
- Conduct market analyses to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Drive product innovation initiatives aligned with brand values and consumer needs.
- You regularly accompany your sales colleagues in the field and engage directly with our key clients.
- You understand impact of marketing investments on the brand and acts upon it.
- You work in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company's reputation.
- You understand the (e-)pharmacy environment and contributes to the development of category strategy; provides recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels and key customers.
- You lead the development of strong and functionally aligned brand plans.
What Will Make You Successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields; previous experience in brand management is preferred.

- Solid knowledge of digital marketing.
- Excellent cross-functional team collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel at least once a month to the Netherlands (Almere or Oosterhout).
