Position Summary

 

To strengthen and further develop the Up-aging opportunity within our Nutrition category, we are looking for a Brand Manager Kids & Teens. As our Brand Manager Kids & Teens, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing & content plans for the love brand Nesquik to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our brand's presence in the Benelux market, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning towards our core target consumer. In addition, you will be responsible for driving future Up-aging initiatives to expand our product offerings beyond our current core ranges.

 

A day in the life of a Brand Manager

 

  • You lead the development of strong and functionally aligned brand and ICP plans.
  • You ensure execution of plans, tracks and monitors impact on brand performance and brand health.
  • You lead the exploration and development of future Up-aging initiatives to expand beyond our core ranges.
  • You develop deep understanding of target consumers, leveraging the consumer portrait and CEF for the brand.
  • You ensure that the Nesquik Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
  • You ensure consumer centricity in all brand-related activities.
  • You contribute to the building and development of innovation and renovation pipelines.
  • You apply efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End Idea-to-Launch (I2L) Project Management to medium complex Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects to bring the pipelines to life.
  • You manage packaging development, services and CSV related to the brand.
  • You understand impact of PFME and TTS investments on the brand and acts upon it.
  • You manage the development of Big Ideas and Media campaign Ideas and engagement strategies.
  • You create attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points.
  • You work in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company's reputation.
  • You manage internal stakeholders on local & international level.
  • You understand the omnichannel environment and contribute to the development of category strategy (with CDT); provides recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels and key customers (with sales). You implement SRM initiatives.

What will make you successful?

 

  • You have at least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or 3-5 years in other function ideally in sales/product manager at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
  • You have a higher education in business management and marketing with an excellent track record.
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research insights.
  • You have a creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • You have project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You have strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have a good understanding of digital Marketing.
  • You have a good understanding of P&L Management
  • You are fluent in Dutch/French/English. A good knowledge of Dutch is considered as a plus.
