Position Summary

Are you ready to make an impact and create unforgettable experiences for customers? At Nespresso, we're looking for a dynamic individual like you to help us attract new customers while ensuring operational excellence! In this role, you will manage our external demo suppliers and support our Trade operations, making sure everything runs smoothly on our trade acquisition platform. By joining our innovative team, you'll play a key role in workforce planning for our Trade and Boutique channels, collaborating closely with our amazing Trade and Boutique teams every day.

 

A Day in the Life of a Business Excellence Specialist

  • Lead the Charge: Manage demo agencies by setting ambitious targets, monitoring KPIs weekly, and challenging results to drive improvement.
  • Connect and Communicate: Be the bridge between our Coffee Advisors and Nespresso, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Budget Wizard: Oversee the demo investment budget, ensuring every euro counts.
  • Plan for Success: Conduct timely workforce planning for Trade and Boutiques, considering events, historical data, and seasonal trends.
  • Problem Solver: Provide quick solutions to daily challenges as a Super User in Kronos.
  • Empower Others: Ensure our boutique network is well-trained in systems and processes for optimal performance.
  • Data Detective: Build, develop, and analyze service reports for Customer Voice and Mystery visits.
  • Tech-Savvy Manager: Keep trade-related systems up-to-date and aligned with Nessoft developments.
  • Train the Trainers: Ensure our external staff are fully equipped to deliver the Nespresso experience according to our guidelines.
  • Create Learning Opportunities: Develop and organize training programs for Nespresso Coffee Advisors based on analysis and results.
  • Enhance Training Sessions: Utilize mystery shopping results to help external trainers create relevant and engaging training sessions.

 

What will make you successful

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers? That's a plus!
  • You're comfortable with systems and technology.
  • You have experience (or you are eager to learn) all about workforce planning management within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must!
