Position Summary: 

 

Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels & Homeworking

Join us as an Intern in the Commercial Development Team, where you'll help shape category strategies and drive growth for iconic food brands like Garden Gourmet, Maggi, and Dairy Culinary Solutions. In today's competitive landscape, a successful category strategy requires a unique blend of analytical prowess and creative flair. Your ability to analyse market data while simultaneously thinking outside the box will be essential in crafting compelling instore campaigns that resonate with shoppers. This is your chance to make a significant impact while gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!
  
Your Responsibilities: 

 

Instore Promotions & Shelf Presence Management:

  • Analyse market data (Nielsen) to determine the performance of our brands & our competitors within the market (sell out data)
  • Follow up of our products distribution with a specific focus on our top 10
  • Brief agencies to work on the creation of instore promotional material (Folder, Shelfstopper, etc.)  and follow up with suppliers
  • Follow the projects from A-Z (design to print)
  • Support in the material development for the field sales team (one pager, assortment sheets, wobblers,…)
  • Coordinate the development and roll-out of in-store activation campaigns, such as in-store tastings, sampling, events, etc.  
  • Assist and manage different processes of the roll-out: activating display codes, making briefings for different stakeholders

 

E-Commerce plans: 

  • Ensure that high-quality content, including images and product descriptions, is consistently available on all designated e-retailer websites, in collaboration with the e-commerce expert 
  • Improve understanding of search functions on e-retailer websites 
     


What will make you successful? 

 

  • You are Fluent in English, and Fluent in French and / or Dutch 
  • You are currently pursuing or possess a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • You are proactive and not afraid to take initiatives 
  • You are structured and well organized, multitasking is part of your daily life
  • You are creative and also analytical
  • You are willing to learn and curious 
  • You are digitally savvy (familiarity with Nielsen is a plus)
