Position Summary

 

Nestlé is looking for a dynamic person for a Field Sales Representative role with the potential to quickly grow and gain more responsibilities within our organisation (Sales, Marketing, …).

 

If you want to kickstart your career in the first Food Company Worldwide this might be the perfect opportunity for you !

 

We are looking for a candidate that can travel on a daily basis to Luxembourg (Province du Luxembourg: 90% / G.d.d Luxembourg: 10%).

 

A day in the life of a Field Sales Representative

 

  • You will visit on daily basis small and medium size clients and act as a Nestlé ambassador for all its brands within the Retail segment.
  • You will collaborate with a Sales Activator (Merchandiser) and manage your merchandising budget to win in-store activations.
  • Follow up and report on client visits, sales performance and market.
  • You will analyze, interact and give feedback towards the category activator.
  • You will be responsible for creating the adequate routing plan in order to reach the set objectives.
  • You are able to process and prioritize and handle the mass of information and tasks that you’ll receive to manage your routing, agenda and projects accordingly the priorities.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent by experience.
  • Fluent in French and English and a conversational level of Dutch is a plus.
  • Being passionate, ambitious and having a commercial drive will be more important than a professional experience for this role.
  • You can work autonomously, and you have excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • You are customer focused and able to manage your priorities.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the desire to learn and grow with the company
  • A driver's license, for your company car
