Position Summary


•    Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels
•    When will you start? January 2025
•    How long will it last? 6 months


In this position located in our supply chain department, you will help us to implement the new way of working in the Customer Service to transform existing processes and win with Customers (Delhaize, Carrefour, etc.).

You will implement and drive a specific approach to gain in efficiency and to win in Customer satisfaction. You will work along the entire business process, resolve issues, and provide guidance for the day-to-day operations.

 

A day in the life of a Customer Service Intern

 

•    You oversee the claims’ management process. You work on different customers portfolios and help to solve different cases, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
•    You ensure the follow-up and update of the claims dashboard, share the results, and propose actions plan to improve the process.
•    Nestlé customer service deals with several product categories.
•    Providing response or feedback for order-related concerns (deliveries, billing concerns ...).
•    Transversal interactions / relationships with other departments within the Operations team (Logistics team, master data team), a center of operations in Portugal and with Sales / Marketing.
•    Continuously driving and encouraging improvements meeting all internal and external KPI's.


What Will Make You Successful

 

•    A person that wants to be part of a department that transform existing processes and win with Customers, that feels comfortable to work in transformation and change environments.
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering or equivalent by experience.
•    Passion for working with customers internally and externally based on trust and want to develop long-term relationships.
•    Fluent in Dutch and French and a professional knowledge of English (daily contact with Lisbon).
•    Efficiency and organization with a pro-active way of working.
