Customer Supply Chain Specialist

Position Summary

 

In our offices located in Antwerp, you will lead commercial and strategic projects, within the whole supply chain, that are critical for the future product supply and sales growth of Vitaflo France-Benelux in line with our strategy as a customer intimate company focussing on service and connectivity with our end users, the patients.

 

A day in the life of...

 

Operates as the point of contact between customers, supply chain partners and Vitaflo International Customer Services:

- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with Customer Service team at HQ and with key accounts such as: wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, buyers, distribution partner and other strategically important players in the different market segments we operate in and/or will operate in.

- Deliver actions to respond to/eliminate supply chain issues and take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

Set up and constantly improve the supply chain strategy in close cooperation with the Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Regulatory Manager and Sales Manager.

- set up a solid pricing strategy for the 3 France Belgium and the Netherlands regarding tenders, different sales channels, volume discounts …to avoid unfair & illegal price setting for public services

- explore new commercial channels regarding new markets and products. Identify new partners to optimize and leverage selling opportunities in France and Benelux

- ensure market access is preserved when legislations change

- constantly look out for new business opportunities that can drive sales in the future and report these back to the Business and the Sales Manager.

Management of Customer Service department in FraBeNe cluster 

- Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on that mission for FraBeNe customer care and align the customer care strategy to the overall FraBeNe cluster and wider Business strategy

- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards

- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

- Optimization or/and cost reduction of supply chain through negotiations & teamwork with larger Vitaflo International team.

What will make you successful

 

- Bachelor in Supply Chain or Business Administration

- 2 to 5 years  of operational experience  in end to end Supply Chain 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels

- Excellent organisational skills, meeting deadlines
