Position Summary

 

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to strengthen our department of Demand & Supply (division Operations).

As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be the ‘Tower of Control’ of one or several brands of our portfolio (San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Perrier, Vittel, Nestlé Pure Life, etc.) on the Benelux market: from the sales forecast to the stock availability, you will monitor the operations and guarantee the best service for our customer at the lowest cost.

 

Thanks to your natural leadership and extensive communication skills, you actively contribute to the monthly Business Planning Process where you will represent Supply Chain in meetings with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Development Team and Finance. You also drive the stocks of your portfolio with the Supply Chain of the factories and/or the source markets. You will also play a key role in the launches of new products.

 

 

A day in the life of a Demand & Supply Planner

 

 

  • You use the Marketing and Sales input to make accurate sales forecasts for your brands.
  • You follow the sales and stocks evolution, take action when needed during the operational meetings and communicate effectively with the other departments (Logistic, Customer Service, Sales)
  • You stand for an efficient and profitable inventory management in order to guarantee an optimal service to customers.
  • You take up day to day operational challenges and implement sustainable solution.
  • You participate/lead actively transversal meeting with the other departments on business priorities (commercial activity, product launches, etc.).
  • You report and analyze your KPIs on a regular basis and take corrective actions in case of deviation.
  • You take part/ lead various projects with regard to planning and Supply Chain optimization.
  • You are responsible for keeping up to date the masterdata of your products.

 

 

What will make you successful

 

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Demand & Supply Planning - Supply Chain Management.
  • Great communication skills with natural leadership qualities, service-oriented mindset, and the ability to excel in a cross-functional organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent command of English, and preferably proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
  • Knowledge of SAP, APO, and PowerBI is an advantage.
