E-Commerce Intern - Nespresso
Position Summary

If you are passionate about eCommerce and curious to learn how this channel strategically supports the growth of a premium brand such as Nespresso, we have an exciting 6-month challenge that will boost your career development.
As part of a globally recognized brand known for its innovation, high-quality coffee, and exceptional customer experience, you will gain valuable insight into how digital plays a key role in delivering a seamless and premium journey, not only for our online platforms, but also in how we connect customers with our iconic coffee machines and curated coffee range.
As an eCommerce intern, you will strengthen the eCommerce team by improving the content and the digital journey of customers on the BELUX website and App. You will actively contribute to enhancing the online experience, delivering personalized, high-end digital interactions across both coffee and machine categories.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the eCommerce team to launch new products, on our digital platforms, such as H2 bundles (B2B, B2C) : image creation, briefing to webmasters, benchmark of other markets best practices, checking past years performance, proposing compelling names
- Coordinating and briefing the online launch of our B2B Black Friday and festive promotion
- Ensure product descriptions are consistent from one digital platform to the other (including mobile site and app), in all available languages
- Managing H2 communications and testing on our current app before its decommissioning at the end of the year. Edit and update existing digital material (banners, web pages) to gain agility in managing digital assets, aligned with HQ guidelines
- Recommending updates and briefing changes to our thematical pages (summer, fall, festive) in order to capture search interest on site and on Google before the end of the year.
- Coordinating, briefing and reporting on 1-2 AB tests to improve subscriptions on our website.
- Initiating a critical part of our digital transformation journey: in light of our whole new website to come in 2027, work with our Ecommerce team and SEO agency to map blog and recipe pages and recommend if these should be migrated, updated, or decommissioned.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently while demonstrating initiative. A strong passion for the digital industry is highly valued, as it reflects a genuine interest in the field and its developments. Additionally, a deep affinity for digital technology and eCommerce practices is essential, as the intern will thrive in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment.
In addition, we are looking for:
- You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a professional level of English
- You have completed or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in eCommerce, Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You are IT literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office Pack;
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
