Position Summary
As Field Sales Manager Out Of Home (OOH), you lead our field sales operations across Belgium and Luxembourg and actively participate on the future strategy of the OOH. You will drive commercial excellence, lead a team of Field Sales Advisors and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong business results.
A day in the life of a Field Sales Manager OOH
- You develop and execute a commercial field strategy, translating it into SMART objectives and actionable plans.
- You lead Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Advisors, ensuring optimal organization and performance to meet commercial targets.
- You act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders including management, marketing, trade marketing, and key account teams.
- You own and manage the field budget, continuously monitoring performance and implementing initiatives to optimize costs and boost sales.
- You lead the relationship with our distributor for specific products/brands, from strategy design to daily performance follow-up. You’ll engage with all levels - from field teams to the distributor’s CEO.
- You manage and enhance the CRM tool used by the Field Team, defining KPIs and developing new functionalities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- You lead or actively contribute to strategic Out of Home projects.
- You act as deputy of the Out of Home Head of Sales BNL by leading the short, middle and long term strategy of the department and the annual cycle of operational plan definition for the department. You play a key role as well in the follow-up of the execution of the plan and its performances.
What will make you successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or a related sector, ideally in beverages.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong commercial track record.
- Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.
- Naturally curious, with the ability to grasp complex information and build strategic frameworks.
- Results-driven, pragmatic, and creative in your approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do mindset.
- Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptable and decisive, thriving in dynamic environments.
- Inspirational leader who motivates and develops team members to reach their full potential.
- Independent and organized, with strong prioritization skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
