Position Summary

 

We are looking for a Financial administrative assistant to join our team in Brussels.


As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will provide solid financial administrative support to the Key Account Managers and sales controller of the Nesco team.

 

 

A day in the life of a Financial Administrative Assistant

 

  • In close collaboration with Kam’s, you will have to fill all conditions negotiated by them in SAP (CRM). Your objective will be also to make recommendations to simplify them or facilitate their encoding.
  • Does the actual calculation, via excel & use of reports and dashboards, of the monthly, quarterly, semester & yearly credit note rebates related per business (different brands) and Key Account Managers.
  • In close collaboration with the sales controllers, you will do the accruals on rebate settlement and ensures correct final rebate settlement as well as right allocation in case of big amount issue or awkward numbers.
  • Processes in close collaboration with KAM's of his/her group of categories the flow of invoices received from customers, conducts the necessary analyses and communicates the instructions to execute their payment, or further investigation, and classification within the agreed timing.
  • Processes the claims received from customers in the same way and communicates to the departments concerned the instructions for their resolution and classification within the agreed time.
  • Has to determinate the root causes of claims and to put in place some processes to avoid them.
  • Can also be brought to :
    • Collects, creates and send the promo proposals to the customers according to the information received from the KAM's of his/her scope of categories via the promo plan file.
    • Creates the required sales proposal ('proposition de vente') for her/his scope of categories to the attention of the field sales team.

  • You have at least 2-3 years' experience in business operations. Comfortable with figures and large amount of files and contacts. You have a demonstrated clear success and capacity to challenge the status quo and a continuous Improvement mentality proven.
  • Bachelor in Management, Strong language skills (FR/NL and EN), Deep knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and other CRM or Microsoft Office tools.
  • A professional level of Dutch/French and English is mandatory (contact with customers in a Belgian market context)
