Be the people & culture Co‑Pilot who helps our Benelux business perform today and shape tomorrow. You’ll partner with leaders to build capabilities, strengthen leadership, and steer the people agenda in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment—backed by an international HR network and cutting‑edge programs.
As HR Business Partner Benelux, you have the following responsibilities:
- Own the people agenda for different departments of Nestlé Benelux.
- Build organizational capability & leadership that drives superior performance.
- Lead with people analytics to craft and deliver the people strategy and plans.
- Be a go‑to partner for employee relations and coach managers to elevate engagement and advocacy.
- Navigate change: support transitions with best‑practice change management and team development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive matters.
- Run the full Performance & Talent cycle: goals, development, calibration, careers, succession.
- Help build a culture of transparency, accountability, clarity and focus.
- Collaborate with the Nestlé Benelux community to continuously raise the bar.
- Contribute as part of the Benelux HR Leadership Team.

Background & skills
- A degree (or equivalent by experience) in HR, Psychology, Business, Law or related.
- 8+ years in HR with 5+ years as HRBP/Generalist in an international, commercial context.
- Strong command of local labor law and practices.
- Proven transformation & change management experience.
- Cross‑cultural mindset and readiness to travel within the Benelux.
- Working proficiency in Dutch, French and English.

- a fulltime salary between 80k – 100k based on knowledge and experience;
- hybrid (remote) work arrangement - structural homeworking between 40% and 60% (on monthly basis), with 1 fixed team-day and up to 2 flex-days;
