Position Summary 

 

•    Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels & Homeworking

•    When will you start? As from August/September 2026

•    How long will it last? 5 to 6 months

 

Nestlé is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will actively support the full recruitment journey for over 20 interns across the Nestlé Belgilux portfolio, including brands such as Nespresso, Nescafé, Nestlé Waters, Nesquik, NAN, Purina, Garden Gourmet, Maggi, and more.

 

As part of our Campus Recruitment team, you will help shape Nestlé’s Employer Branding strategy and represent the company at job fairs and university events to connect with talented students and graduates.

 

This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, builds trust easily, and is excited to interact with colleagues across all levels of the organization. You’ll receive close guidance from the team, while also being given meaningful responsibilities and hands‑on experience from day one. We look forward to welcoming a proactive intern eager to contribute to our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives in a dynamic, supportive, and international environment.

 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

Recruitment:

 

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs 
  • Post job offers on various platforms 
  • Screen CVs, select and interview applicants 
  • Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process 
  • Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found
  • Update weekly vacancy overviews

 

Intern Experience & Development:

 

  • Monitor and evaluate interns' performance 
  • Organize intern integration events, networking sessions, and trainings
  • Support initiatives that strengthen community building among interns
  • Become a reference point for interns within Nestlé

 

Employer Branding:

 

  • Plan, attend and support workshops and events (e.g., Belgian job fairs)
  • Assist in creating communication and visual materials 
  • Support the team in improvement projects 
  • Run and launch campaigns (e.g., videos, testimonials, interviews)

 

 

What will make you successful? 

 

  • You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English 
  • You a have obtained or are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field 
  • You exhibits trustworthiness with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and work with a structured approach
  • You are able to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details
  • You have strong communication skills, are proactive and able to work independently
