Internship in Corporate Communication

Your mission

 

Be a creative and active member of Nestlé Corporate Communication team and contribute to tell Nestlé’s stories while creating dialogue and engagement with our internal and external audiences.

Your responsibilities

 

As a intern you will be considered as a member of the team and will be given various opportunities and responsibilities in order to enhance the visibility of Nestlé corporate and brand activities towards our internal and external stakeholders (internal comms, press, social, digital, etc.) with a special focus on our strive against climate change. The internship programme will be split into internal comms (60%) and external coms (40%) with the following tasks:

 

  • Help leading and developing a holistic internal communication strategy using a varied communication mix: digital tools, videos, newsletters, print materials, events.
  • Support corporate comms team in developing creative and coherent digital content to be used on social media, website and consumers platforms. Improve our way of working by proposing creative solutions that can benefit the entire company (social listening, press analysis etc.)
  • Edit a wide range of high-quality internal communications materials to encourage employees’ awareness and pride.
  • Create innovative and relevant content to be shared with internal stakeholders in the market to reinforce sense of purpose and belonging to the company.
  • Create internal network across the business and collaborate with external communication agencies and partners.
  • Support internal digital campaigns on internal social network Workplace and maximise the community management by creating employee’s engagement. Monitor periodic dashboards.
  • Develop, update and maintain the functional intranet site:  edit and review content. 
  • Support the preparation of events (internal and external), debates, webinars, gaming, conferences, including planning and logistics.

Your profile

 

  • You are enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor/Master in Communication, Philology, Journalism, or any other relevant field of studies
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch 
  • Available for 6 months as of January
  • Excellent writing skills with content creativity 
  • Video Editing skills is a must 
  • Social media management experience is a plus
  • IT SKills: video editing tools (Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe Suite,… good tech intuitively)
