Are you passionate about regulatory affairs and compliance? Do you feel energized by playing a vital and central role in the regulatory field? Then continue reading.

 

You will work in an innovative international environment and be part of the Regulatory Affairs team in our France-Benelux cluster. You will be responsible to ensure product and product related materials compliance with EU and local regulations (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands). You also ensure that product-related activities are in accordance with the law. Next to this, you will take part in developing the best route to market for the product, by creating and writing reimbursement dossiers based on the latest scientific information available with regards to the specific disease.

 

A small part of the function will contain support activities situated within Quality, as supporting training activities, handling customer complaints and writing procedures.

For all your tasks, you work in cross-functional teams with different departments (registration, clinical, QA,..).

 

A day in the life of Regulatory Specialist Affairs specialist France-Benelux

 

  • Action on the notification and reimbursement dossiers intended for the different countries – gathering specific technical documentation, recent recommendations and clinical studies, …
  • Checking recipes of new or adapted Food for Special Medical Purpose’s and creating the appropriate labelling for the product.
  • Supporting and meeting with the marketing & sales department in creating product & educative materials and activities for specific target groups (HCP’s, patients, …)

 

Meet the team

 

The Vitaflo France-Benelux team consists of 19 people operating in various departments from 3 countries: Direct-to-HCP sales team, key account management, marketing, business support and supply chain. In close cooperation with the shared services from our Global Vitaflo team in Liverpool headquarters, we aim to provide products and services to the patients locally.  The primary location for this position is Antwerp but, in this role, you are part of the France-Benelux team with cross border responsibilities, back up and collaboration.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor or Master in Science orientation, Food Technology or Dietician. 
  • Around 1 year exeprience in a similar position (internship, first experience)
  • Having an interest in specialising in Food for Special Medical Purpose’s for rare diseases
  • Scientific background
  • Being open-minded
  • Having a real interest in contributing to patients’ lives
  • Creativity
  • Languages
    • Dutch/French : excellent level speaking & writing
    • English : good level speaking & writing
    • German: add on
  • Willingness to learn
