Position Summary

 

Do you have a passionate interest in sales and building relationships with retail customers? Do you want to develop in an exciting environment in a position with responsibility and many challenges? Do you want to work for the WATERS category with strong brands like Perrier, San Pellegrino, Vittel, Contrex, Hépar, Nestlé Pure Life and Valvert? Then the position of Key Account Manager at Nestlé Waters might just be for you!

As a Key Account Manager, your role is to develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.

 

A day in the life of a Key Account Manager

 

  • Developing and implementing a complete customer plan.
  • Developing business relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Conducting negotiations with our clients.
  • Being responsible for achieving agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Planning, monitoring, forecasting and continuous follow-up of promotions and activations.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in Sales, Category Management, Procurement or any other relevant experiences for the role.
  • You speak English with a professional level and are fluent in French and/or Dutch with a conversational level in the other.
  • You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in Sales/Management or other commercial fields.
  • You are well organized and have successful experiences in negociating with different stakeholders, ideally in a retail environment (Delhaize, Carrefour, Colruyt, etc).
  • You have a passion for brands and an analytical mindset when it comes to analyzing the water's category.
