The Logistics Control Analyst is accountable for constant reconciliation between 3PL and Nestle on all Inventory, messaging, stock movements and adjustments. The Logistics Control Analyst implements and maintain tools to ensure quality and accuracy of data across systems, automating processes and defining optimized ways of working.

As Logistics Control Analyst you have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Analyzing logistics data and identifying trends and patterns.
  • Optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external companies to address operational challenges.
  • Identifying risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  • Continuously improving logistics processes and identifying cost saving opportunities.
  • Be the guardian of compliancy – Quality – Safety for Nestlé Stock control.

 

As Logistics Control Analyst you report to the Head of Logistics, and you are part of the operations department of Nestlé BelgiLux.

 

What are we looking for in our Logistics Control Analyst?

 

  • 3 to 5 years work experience. 
  • Good English language skills (verbal and writen) Ducth or French is a plus.
  • Experienced in project management, continuous improvement by automation, data management
  • Experience in fast moving type of environment (FMCG, food, animal nutrition, stock controlling etc.).
  • Experience with certain systems (SAP modules – EDI messaging and stock movement, PowerBI, Automation modules).
