Position Summary
The Retail Operations Coordinator provides operational support for the Boutique network to ensure consistency of the Nespresso Brand and the customer experience.
A day in the life of a Retail Operations Coordinator
- ensure consistency of the Nespresso Brand and the customer experience;
- conduct boutique visits to perform excellence audits;
- be the single point of contact for Retail regarding customer feedback and mystery programs;
- analyze customer feedback and lead action plans to enhance customer experiences;
- actively search for new opportunities to sustain Nespresso's premium brand positioning;
- follow up on projects and liaise with stakeholders;
- promote omni-channel operations and services across all Nespresso channels;
- ensure all Boutiques are operating in accordance to International Retail operating guidelines.
What will make you successful
- bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or a related field;
- previous experience in a retail, customer relations or administrative environment is a plus;
- affinity with high-end, luxury, or premium brands;
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- fluency in English, French, and Dutch;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- ability to travel to different boutiques in Belgium and Luxembourg (driving licence).
