Position Overview:

 

Where will you work? Nestlé Belgilux Headquarters in Brussels
When will you start? 1st of September 2025
How long will it last? 5/6 months
 
As a paid Intern in the Commercial Excellence Team, you will be delivering administrative and commercial services to the Key account managers for all the Nestlé in the market businesses. You will acquire a lot of knowledge and insights about the commercial process in a leading international organization.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning of Commercial activities in our customer investment tool:
    • Managing Trade pricing: support the Key Account Managers in entering contractual conditions. Ensure accuracy in the conditions and consistency with the customer contracts and the input from the Key Account manager. 
    • Managing promotional activities: creation and update of promotional activities in our system. Ensure alignment with the yearly planning provided by the business and the input of the different stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update the assortment file per customer
  • Specific focus on the sales support activities for the Water business
  • Help the Financial Sales Support analyst to handle claims and disputes
  • Communicate with different stakeholders in the business and supporting functions: finance, demand planning

 
What will make you successful?
•    You are Fluent in Dutch and / or French, with a strong command of English
•    You are currently enrolled in or have graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
•    You are responsible, flexible & dynamic
•    You have affinity with figures & analysis
•    You are eager to learn
•    You have strong communication skills
•    You are familiar with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel,…)
