Position summary

 

Guide B2B customers from our different strategic segments throughout their lifecycle, understand their specific needs and create sales possibilities. With your functional, service and sales expertise, you act as the customer's privileged point of contact for Nespresso assistance. You create a nice partnership with them and become their trusted business partner.

 

A day in the life of a Sales and Customer Service B2B Specialist:

 

  • provide impact-packed information and tailor-made advice on products and services;
  • analyze and understand customer history and activity, proactively identify needs;
  • expectations and sales opportunities;
  • provide back-office support to the B2B commercial team in the management of contract and customer data;
  • understand and resolve customer requests through each contact point.

 

As Sales and Customer Service B2B Specialist you are part of the CRC of Nespresso BELUX.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • preferably experience in sales and customer service;
  • well-spoken, bilingual (Dutch and French) is a plus, good understanding of English;
  • preferably higher education or a Bachelor degree;
  • autonomous, structured and result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership;
  • creative, open-minded and solution focused.
