When will you start? December
How long will it last? 6 months

 

Purina is looking for an intern to strengthen the Category Management team.


You will help manage our Shopper Marketing activations from request to finalization and assessment, across the different channels.
With your strong communication skills, you easily establish efficient working relationships with different people inside and outside the organization. You love to combine both the analytical and commercial aspect of your job.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Take the ownership of the Shopper Marketing process during the internal meetings with the Purina team and within the cross-business meetings.
  • Collect the Business needs and plan replenishment with supplier based on decision made with Supply Chain.
  • Align with stakeholders internally (marketing/sales/field) on the purpose (campaign objectives, brand guidelines, timing, budget…) and finalize the briefing for sign off.
  • Manage briefings between business and creative agencies and printing companies.
  • Ensure the instore visualization is aligned with the brand/shopper communication. 
  • Develop category communication by segment.
  • Develop impactful brand communication for new launches.
  • Track Shopper Material availability and manage stock (flyers, wobblers, and gadget), and ensure deliveries happen as upon agreement with suppliers.
  • Coordinate the Field force needs and give qualitative and quantitative feedback to embed the learnings in the organization.
  • Track our and competition visibility instore.
  • Daily follow up and support the MDO, marketing Team of ongoing projects.

  • You are organized, flexible & autonomous
  • Good project management skills.
  • A passion for the FMCG world is an asset.
  • You have a strong sociability, you dare to challenge others with an open and commercial mind and you act proactively.
  • You demonstrate a strong affinity with Shopper Marketing.
  • You are fluent in French & English, Dutch is a plus.
  • IT with advanced skills on Excel.
